REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

In the event if you do not like the meals you have consumed, Star Food will refund you the money of the balance meals ONLY. Also, on receiving money from you for your meal plan, should we face any logistical issues in delivering the meal to you and in the absence of an alternate method of delivery, we shall refund you the money. A cheque of the balance / refundable amount will be couriered to you. Please note that refunds made against Credit Card payments will be made after adjusting the charge levied to us by CC Avenue ..

Cancellation & Return Policy

Once the meal is delivered, it cannot be cancelled or returned to us and will be considered charged. In the event you wish to cancel / reschedule a meal, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance or latest by 2 PM for the delivery of the following day. Failing to notify as mentioned above, your meal will be charged.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

At the present , we use our own delivery van for delivering your meals . We deliver ONLY in Navi Mumbai area from Panvel to Vashi and Airoli . We always confirm the delivery address with the tele caller or delivery boy prior to taking any orders. There is a NO DELIVERY CHARGES for tiffin delivery across Navi Mumbai.
